City Wide Research

The strategy is firstly to consult civic leaders, local authorities and the direct slavery / black initiatives, so that we can install stakeholders from the community and so that the Project is represented by those who are closest to the subject matter. It is then proposed to reach out to the broader Liverpool region area through the Liverpool Echo and radio stations and other media. A city wide debate could utilize the extensive online capabilities of the Echo. The ‘Debate’ objectives will be to raise awareness, seek preferred location, design and content matter. This will be a guide as to achievability, cost and long term sustainability.
